BODY20 Assistant Studio Manager

Compensation: $15–$20/hour + bonus opportunities
Schedule: Full-Time (35–40 hours/week)

BODY20® is a high-tech boutique fitness studio that uses FDA-cleared Electro-Muscle Stimulation (EMS) suits to deliver powerful results in just 20 minutes a week. We combine innovation, coaching, and community to help every BODY unlock its full potential.

About the Role

The Assistant Studio Manager supports studio operations, drives membership sales, and delivers high-quality 1:1 BODY20® EMS sessions.
This is a hybrid leadership and coaching role — perfect for someone who loves fitness, building relationships, and growing a business.

What You’ll Do

Assist with daily studio operations: scheduling, inventory, client service, and staff support.
Drive personal membership sales by leading consultations and managing leads.
Deliver safe, effective, and personalized BODY20® coaching sessions.
Build strong client relationships and ensure an exceptional in-studio experience.
Support local marketing events and grassroots lead generation efforts.
Help maintain studio cleanliness, organization, and equipment standards.

Qualifications

1+ year of experience in fitness, sales, coaching, or studio operations.
Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent (required).
BODY20® Coaching Certification (completed within 10 days of hire if not already certified).
Energetic, team-oriented, sales-driven, and passionate about helping people succeed.
